Rochester Regional Health (NY) has a unique opportunity—featuring an early sign-on release and delayed start date—within its Neuroscience Institute for a Neurohospitalist/Vascular Neurologist who will practice within a growing program as it continues to expand its geographic reach with teleneuro and telestroke services.

Paid, $50,000 Sign-On Bonus with delayed start date
$375,000 – $400,000+ with 2-year salary guarantee
7 on/7 off schedule with options for teleneuro
Fully covered, corporate relocation package
Defined pension plan
4 weeks’ paid vacation plus sick time; yearly CME stipend + 5 paid CME days

Our Neuroscience Institute has one Comprehensive Stroke Center, three Primary Stroke Centers, and the CARF-Accredited Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center, the region’s leading source for comprehensive neurologic rehabilitation care. The Stroke Center at Rochester General Hospital is a Comprehensive Stroke certified hospital, seeing a high stroke volume of about 900 strokes annually.

- Research initiatives available and supported, but not contractually required
- Current clinical trials include: PONTI, ATACH-2, RE-SPECT ESUS, and MaRISS, among others
- Optional faculty appointment available
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Current or eligible NYS Medical Licensure
